Data Deletion

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data that the Cinemoji app stores. Cinemoji is published by Stratega (Chris Guida). Questions? Email chris@stratega.io.

In short

Cinemoji has no accounts and no servers. Everything it stores — your game progress, win streak, stats, settings, and saved consent choices — lives only on your device. You can erase all of it at any time from inside the app, and we hold no copy to delete on our end.

1. Delete your data in the app

Open Cinemoji and go to Settings → Data → Delete my data. This permanently and immediately erases all Cinemoji data stored on your device. If you'd like to keep a copy first, use Export my data on the same screen.

2. Or uninstall the app

Removing (uninstalling) Cinemoji from your device also deletes all of its local data. There is nothing left on any server afterward.

3. Data we hold about you

Because Cinemoji has no backend and no accounts, we do not hold any of your personal data — there is nothing for us to delete on our side. The only data that ever leaves your device is collected by Google AdMob to serve ads (such as advertising identifiers and coarse, IP-derived location). You control this through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS), the Google consent form (EU/UK), and your device's ad/tracking settings. To manage data held by Google, use Google's privacy controls. See our Privacy Policy for details.
